一.手臂結構Arm structure 手臂結構分:單/雙節式手臂,雙節手臂采用特殊設計的皮帶倍速機構,,縮短了上下手臂的結構高度,適配廠房高度較低之場所。
左右旋轉結構,方便調整置物方向。 夾具旋轉機構,可以旋轉90°放置成品及水口。 換模調整機構,換模時僅需將固定把手松開,全機可旋轉90°。 全機采用鋁合金精密鑄造,搭配精密加工,整機穩固可以承受高速運動,耐久使用。 上下手臂采用高剛性線性滑軌,能達到取出速度快、高效能、高精度、使用壽命長的要求。

Mold changing adjustment mechanism, when mold changing, just loosen the fixed handle, the whole machine can rotate 90°.
