一、用途：
ZJC-100KV擊穿電壓測試儀（薄膜塑料）由電腦控制，數據采集方式通過光電隔離，有效解決試驗過程中的抗干擾問題，軟件操作使用方便，能夠實時顯示動態曲線，同時升壓速率無級可調，可以根據自己的需要進行升壓速率調節，調節范圍在0.1KV-3KV/S，使升壓速率真正做到勻速、準確，并能夠準確測出漏電電流的數據。可實時繪制試驗曲線，顯示試驗數據，判斷準確，并可保存，分析，打印試驗數據。并且能夠自動判別試樣擊穿并采集擊穿電壓數據及泄露電流，同時能夠在擊穿的瞬間電壓迅速降低自動歸零。軟件系統操作方便，性能穩定，安全可靠。

五、擊穿電壓測試儀（薄膜塑料）試驗軟件：
1、在試驗過程中可對升壓擊穿過程繪制實時曲線，每次試驗的升壓曲線都由不同顏色構成，試驗結束后可疊加對比材料的試驗數據重復性。
2、可以隨時調取當前及歷史試驗數據進行查看，編輯及修改參數。
3、試驗過程中可以隨時修改試驗條件及存儲路徑及自動存儲試驗結果。
4、試驗過程中，可隨時通過軟件決定本次試驗是否有效，方便篩選試驗結果。
5、可設置操作口令，做到專機專人操作，避免無關人員誤操作。
六、安全保護功能：
1、試驗在試驗箱中進行，試驗箱門打開時電源加不到高壓變壓器輸入端，即高壓側無電壓。100KV測試設備高壓電極距離試驗箱壁的zui近距離大于270mm，50KV測試設備高壓電極距離試驗箱壁的zui近距離大于250mm，試驗時即使人接觸箱壁也不會有危險。
2、設備要安裝單獨的保護地線。接保護地線，主要是減少試樣擊穿時對周圍產生的較強的電磁干擾。也可避免控制計算機失控。
3、該試驗設備的電路設有多項保護措施，主要有：過流保護、過壓保護、漏電保護、短路保護、直流試驗放電報警，電磁放電等。
4、直流試驗放電報警功能:在設備做完直流試驗時,當開啟試驗門時設備會自動報警,直至使用設備上的放電裝置放電后報警會自動取消.(注：因為直流試驗后不放電會危險到人安全,不能直接拿取電極,起到提醒使用人員放電以免造成傷害)。
