1、塑料流延膜機組由擠出主機、流延輥、偏擺、邊料處理、牽引及張力收卷等裝置組成。專用于PPPEHIPSTPUEVA PA、降解材料等單層或多層共擠塑料薄膜的流延加工。
2、不同材料采用不同的螺桿結構以適應不同塑料的加工工藝,特別解決原料中少量過高分子量的樹脂塑化不良而造成流延膜出現晶點。
3、模頭采用彈性好調節精密結構以解決薄膜橫向厚度不均勻現象。
4、延輥內部流道設計合理確保輥面溫度均勻,對于不同要求的流延膜可以采用膠輥、風刀或者輔以真空、鎖邊等裝置更能提高塑料薄膜的成型效率和質量。
5、為解決膜卷有暴筋現象,本設備還設有偏擺及張力收卷裝置。
總之，本公司生產之設備具有能耗低、操作簡便。對于流延膜生產常見的問題諸如:薄膜橫向厚度不均勻，薄膜晶點多、膜卷有暴筋、薄膜透明度差、膜表面白色斑點多、卷繞時跑卷、膜卷端面不齊、薄膜有條紋、薄膜皺折、薄膜收縮大以及鯊魚皮的出現有的處理經驗。
