轉鼓、機殼、基礎平板均拋光處理；所有緊固件軍為不銹鋼；傳動部件均為不銹鋼封閉；密封件均為硅橡膠，配清洗噴淋系統，整機符合GMP衛生要求。
與平板連接的進口高粘度液態阻尼劑式隔振器使離心機因振動產生的能量全部被隔振器吸收，對基礎地面及周邊設備無振動干擾。
