典型應用范圍:
汽車保險桿、門護板、拉手、行李架;電子元件開關、接插件等。
是汽車外裝飾件的理想材料,如汽車保險杠,各種汽車電器配件等,可耐30℃以下高溫沖擊。
齒輪箱、汽車保險杠以及要求具有抗化學反應和耐腐蝕性、熱穩定性、抗沖擊性以及幾何穩定性的產品。
注塑模工藝條件:
干燥處理:建議110~135C,約4小時的干燥處理。
熔化溫度:235~300C。
模具溫度:37~93C。
化學和物理特性:
PC/PBT具有PC和PBT二者的綜合特性,例如PC的高韌性和幾何穩定性以及PBT的化學穩定性、熱穩定性和潤滑特性等。.
