機器人激光焊接機主要有機械手，光纖激光器和控制系統(tǒng)組成。機械手可以組裝成單軸到多軸的機械手，可根據(jù)不同的負載、行程、功能及特殊空間要求適配定制，同時，在X.Y.Z軸基礎上可以擴展旋轉軸和翻轉軸，靈活度強，特別適合對各類不規(guī)則產(chǎn)品進行焊接作業(yè)，光纖激光器分為連續(xù)和脈沖兩種光源，根據(jù)需求進行選擇，控制系統(tǒng)根據(jù)機械手和激光器單獨開發(fā)定制。機器人激光焊接應用后，焊接件的外觀和內(nèi)部質(zhì)量大大提高，質(zhì)量穩(wěn)定，勞動強度降低，工作環(huán)境得到改善。
