2.配置永宏（FATEK）PLC控制系統(tǒng)和穩(wěn)定的東菱伺服器，穩(wěn)定、精準、定位精度保證在±0.02mm，伺服系統(tǒng)反應速度快，機器操作簡單易懂，普通工人均可操作。

3.多板同時鋸切，鋸片前進速度可達0-60M/分鐘可調(diào)節(jié)速度，后退速度可達100M/分鐘。工作時，形成閉環(huán)控制系統(tǒng),鋸片后退的同時，機械手已把板材送到位，鋸片不停來回運動，保證鋸切效率。
3. Multi-sheet sawing at the same time, the advance speed of the saw blade is 0-60 m/min, the retraction maximum speed can be reach to 100 m/min. When sawing, it will form a closed-loop control system. While the saw blade is retracting, the manipulator has sent the sheet to the position, and the saw blade keeps moving back and forth to ensure the sawing efficiency.
4.整機成熟穩(wěn)定，防塵效果好，壓梁前后均有防塵設施，鋸片運轉(zhuǎn)時鋸屑不飛揚，上下均有吸塵設施，維護更方便。
