谷輪渦旋壓縮機缺油故障的預防以及解決方法
我們知道，制冷壓縮機缺油運行，對其本身的造成的損傷是無法逆轉的。這條規則，對于谷輪渦旋壓縮機同樣適用。本文中我們將以谷輪ZB38KQ-TFD-558為例來講解。，渦旋壓縮機內部缺油長時間會導致機構部和各摩擦副過熱，導致軸承燒結、抱軸；即使短時間缺油也會導致機構部和各摩擦副異常磨損，導致振動、噪音大。

以谷輪ZB38KQ-TFD-558為例，循環量在ARI工況下約為330kg/h，壓縮機在排出冷媒時，也會排出微量的冷凍機油。即使只有0.5%的上油率，如果油不能通過系統循環回到機器中，則在50分鐘就可以將壓縮機內的油全部帶出，大約在2～5小時內壓縮機將會燒壞。

預防方法： 1、確保排出壓縮機的冷凍機油回到壓機內；2、減少壓機的上油率。（壓機頻繁啟動不利于回油。）
