視覺自動激光打標機是針對批量不規則打標中夾具設計制造困難導致的供料難、定位差、速度慢的問題；視覺打標通過采用高精度CCD相機對產品當前的位置進行捕捉，并將實時采集到的一個或多個產品的位置信息，通過電腦依次傳輸給打標卡，從而實現精準打標。 本系統隨意供料、精確定位、精美打標，有效的提升了打標效率。
