塑料粉碎機(jī)篩網(wǎng)采用雙軸或單軸低速轉(zhuǎn)動，利用刀盤對物料進(jìn)行切、割、撕、拉。直連蝸輪蝸桿減速電機(jī)，直接安裝在破碎機(jī)主動軸上，通過齒輪變速傳至動軸，使主動軸的動刀與殼體上的靜止刀盤形成相對運(yùn)動。主動軸上的螺旋齒刀盤交錯排列，使物料進(jìn)入后，同時受到擠、撕、剪的作用，從而使物料得到破碎。
