低位拆垛機(jī)由進(jìn)垛輸送線、產(chǎn)品抱夾升降平移裝置、隔板升降平移堆垛裝置及托盤(pán)升降平移堆垛裝置幾部分組成。工作時(shí)。托盤(pán)垛靜止，由搬移裝置升降取物料。

產(chǎn)品抱夾升降平移機(jī)械手將整層產(chǎn)品抱夾搬移到產(chǎn)品輸出輸送線上，由輸送線送出，所有產(chǎn)品和隔板完成搬移堆疊后，托盤(pán)由進(jìn)垛輸送線輸送至托盤(pán)收集工位，托盤(pán)升降平移機(jī)械手將托盤(pán)夾取并堆疊至托盤(pán)收集倉(cāng)。當(dāng)隔板或托盤(pán)堆疊到高度和數(shù)量時(shí)，將發(fā)出聲光提醒，由人工取出。

When the partition or tray is stacked to the specified height and quantity, an audible and visual reminder will be sent out and taken out manually.
