一、概述 overview　 撬裝式含油污泥污水凈化處理裝置在調研國內油田現有含油污泥處理技術現狀的基礎上，綜合物理化學方法，針對油田污油泥的特性，研究開發的新型污油泥凈化處理設備。通過實際現場生產及試驗，對該套裝備進行優化組合，減少了設備占地面積。整套裝備采用撬裝式結構，能耗低、全自動控制，生產效率高，適合于流動作業。
    1.1技術原理
    1.1.1調質清洗技術　　通過投加藥劑并輔以加熱、蒸洗、氣浮、超聲波、通過投加藥劑并輔以加熱、蒸洗、氣浮、超聲波、機械分散、減粘等調質及清洗手段，調整固體粒子群的性狀和排列狀態，使其中粘度大的吸附油解吸和破乳使之適合脫水。此技術為已獲國家發明。

　　2、分離技術  Separation technology

　　利用高速臥式離心機產生的巨大離心力，在強大的離心力場的作用下，因為油和水的比重不同，比重較大的水將比重相對較小的吸附在泥沙表面上的油基團會置換出來，在經過特殊結構設計的臥式離心機，將置換出來的油隔離出來并自動收集外排。污水進入普通污水臥螺離心機將泥餅分離出來并外排，水進入水處理系統根據需要進行深度處理。

　　含聚合物、硫化物成份的污泥分離而研究開發的新型高科技產品,是連續過濾及深度脫水的設備，它具有連續操作，生產能力大(一次干泥排放量可達4~5噸)，操作維修方便、運行成本低等特點。新型過濾脫水技術是消化吸收技術上自主研發的新型固液分離設備。

　　4、藥劑技術 Pharmaceutical technology

　　破乳混凝劑屬于無機高分子接枝共聚物，分子量較高，化學結構;在水中溶解后，能同時發揮粒子間吸附架橋與電中和作用，將廢水中乳化油、 膠體凝聚而分離沉淀;具有優異的除油、脫色及COD的降低效果，一次性完成破乳同混凝過程。該產品操作簡單，無需重復酸堿調整，可直接處理，提升處理效能。無機固化絮沉劑集破膠、絮凝、沉淀、改善泥層的固化性與一體，保證水質更清，保證泥餅的脫水效果。
