由于客觀原因,我的2個DP從站不能用profibus總線直接連接,而是只能2個DP從站各出一根線。
請問如果我用端子臺把2根DP從站出線連接起來,這樣是否會影響DP通信效果。
或者說有沒有更好的辦法把那2根線接連且盡量不影響DP通信穩(wěn)定性。
我這2個從站都是關鍵性的,不受通信干擾。

答:總線電纜不從模板端子上接線而從控制柜(操作臺)的端子中接線,這種接線方法是常見的。只有注意從模板到控制柜(操作臺)的端子之間的連接的線纜要與外部總線線纜的型號規(guī)格*,接線方法也要*,并且不要與動力線纜同走一個線槽。這樣不會影響DP通信效果。
