設(shè)備特性：
機(jī)頭：密針閥噴料，針閥采用錐度式硬密封，*磨損，*阻塞，混合頭*攪拌，計量精確（采用K系列精密計量泵）單按鈕操作，方便簡捷，隨時切換不同密度不同顏色。
設(shè)備性能：
聚氨酯發(fā)泡成型機(jī)，將彩鋼瓦放置在層壓機(jī)的下層上，經(jīng)低壓灌注機(jī)噴涂出2種PU原液在金屬瓦上，智能型電腦控制，經(jīng)烤箱處理，使聚氨酯2組份原液在層壓機(jī)之間完成三層于一體成型的聚氨酯彩鋼板。
設(shè)備優(yōu)點(diǎn)：
1、智能型電腦自動控制，高溫發(fā)泡， 使原1料三層一次性一體成型，*使三種材料融為一體、其堅(jiān)固性、閉合 性及平整 度，遠(yuǎn)遠(yuǎn)超出一般復(fù)合板。
2、聚氨酯*的性能，讓成型后的材料，隔熱、保溫、下雨無聲、防火達(dá)到B1級的優(yōu)異功能.
