一、應用范圍:

    ZJC-150KV主要適用于固體絕緣材料如電線套管、樹脂和膠、浸漬纖維制品、云母及其制品、塑料、薄膜復合制品、陶瓷和玻璃等介質(zhì)在工頻電壓或直流電壓下?lián)舸姸群湍碗妷簳r間的測試;采用計算機控制,可對試驗過程中的各種數(shù)據(jù)進行快速、準確的采集、處理,并可存取、顯示、打印。

四、結(jié)構(gòu)原理及性能特點:

1、主要由:升壓系統(tǒng)(高壓變壓器)、測量系統(tǒng)、A/D轉(zhuǎn)換器、放電系統(tǒng)、電極、油箱、電極定位架、計算機數(shù)據(jù)處理系統(tǒng)、軟件等組成;

2、計算機---A/D轉(zhuǎn)換器---測量控制系統(tǒng)---調(diào)壓裝置----升壓變壓器-----試樣;

3、高壓變壓器主要產(chǎn)生試樣所需的直流電壓;

4、調(diào)壓器用于調(diào)節(jié)升壓變壓器輸入端電壓以產(chǎn)生高壓所需的輸入電壓;

5、電壓測量主要是從高壓變壓器測量端測量,高壓變壓器測量端和高壓端是線性的;

6、放電系統(tǒng)在試驗做完以后放電,以免產(chǎn)生放電對人身的危害;

五、計算機系統(tǒng)及軟件包

1、試驗軟件是我公司研發(fā)的功能強大、操作簡單、顯示直觀的試驗軟件系統(tǒng)。

2、采用計算機控制通過人機對話方式,完成對絕緣介質(zhì)工頻電壓擊穿,工頻耐壓試驗。

3、試驗過程中可動態(tài)繪制出試驗曲線,試驗的曲線可以多種顏色疊加對比,局部放大,曲線上任意一段可進行區(qū)域放大分析;

4、可對試驗數(shù)據(jù)進行編輯修改,靈活適用;

5、試驗條件及測試結(jié)果等數(shù)據(jù)可自動存儲;

6、試驗報告格式靈活可變,適用于不同用戶的不同需求;

7、可對一組試驗中曲線數(shù)據(jù)的有效與否進行人為選定;

8、試驗結(jié)果數(shù)據(jù)可導入EXECL,WORD文檔編輯;

9、軟件設備人員管理功能,試驗人員可設置自己的試驗項目和試驗參數(shù),設置自己的試驗內(nèi)容后別人無法進入程序;

10、過電流保護裝置有足夠的靈敏度,能夠保證試樣擊穿時在0.1S內(nèi)切斷電源;

11、儀器運行的持久性: 儀器可連續(xù)運行使用,不需為保護儀器而定期停機。

六、安全說明:

1、設備要安裝單獨的保護地線。接保護地線,主要是減少試樣擊穿時對周圍產(chǎn)生的較強的電磁干擾。也可避免控制計算機失控。

2、直流試驗放電報警功能:在設備做完直流試驗時,當開啟試驗門時設備會自動報警,直至使用設備上的放電裝置放電后報警會自動取消。

3、試驗放電裝置,隨主機為一體化,改進了以往單獨配備一根放電桿的功能。

4、該試驗設備的電路設有多項保護措施,主要有:過流保護、失壓保護、漏電保護、短路保護、直流試驗放電報警等。

5、安全保護:

(1)門限位保護:不關(guān)門,即使通電點實驗開始,設備無任何反應,軟件有:安全門未關(guān)閉提示。

(2)電壓歸零保護:如果在實驗過程中,突然斷電,下次開機后,會自動回到零位,保證初始電壓為在零位

(3)終止電壓保護:可以通過軟件設定終止電壓,保證在升壓過程中如果出現(xiàn)異常升到的電壓后,自動終止并歸零

(4)高壓機械限位:如果軟件系統(tǒng)失去控制,電壓繼續(xù)往上升,到高壓限位后自動歸零如果在擊穿后未判停,通過過流保護器采集數(shù)據(jù)保證電壓自動歸零有高壓指示燈,通過觀察指示燈的狀態(tài)來判斷實在升壓還是在零位如果長時間做實驗,為保證設備的良好運行,設備留有變壓器排氣口,保證變壓器的良好運行,增長使用壽命如果在實驗中,試樣有異味或者出現(xiàn)燃燒和冒煙現(xiàn)象,可以通過排風系統(tǒng)進行排除。
