PCTG是一種高透明的共聚聚酯塑料原料,是醇改性PCT的英文縮寫,它是DMT與CHDM縮聚過程中加入一定量EG(乙二醇)而生產(chǎn)的共聚物。PCTG具有高透明度、良好的韌性和沖擊強度、優(yōu)異的低溫韌性、高抗撕裂性及良好的加工性能、優(yōu)異的耐化學(xué)性能。它具有很寬的加工范圍,高機械強度和優(yōu)異的韌性,比PET透明度高,光澤性好,容易印刷,并且具有環(huán)保優(yōu)勢。可采取傳統(tǒng)的擠出、注塑、吹塑及吸塑等成型方法進行加工。廣泛應(yīng)用于板材、片材、高性能收縮膜、瓶用及異型材市場;可以用來生產(chǎn)玩具、家用器皿及醫(yī)療用品等,也可應(yīng)用于食品、醫(yī)藥、化妝品包裝等領(lǐng)域。 PCTG還可以與其它塑料共混,如與聚碳酸酯共混,或填充玻纖、云母等,以滿足zui終產(chǎn)品所要求的特性。按照性能來說,PCTG將成為那些不要求聚碳酸酯的剛性和耐熱性的用途的低成代替品,同時PCTG耐r-射線輻射的性能可使它應(yīng)用于科研領(lǐng)域

Eastar™ copolyesters are brilliantly clear polymers that have excellent impact strength, chemical resistance, dimensional stability, and low shrinkage rates. DN001 is a base material without mold release or ultra-violet inhibitors(UVI). This product has been GREENGUARD INDOOR AIR QUALITY CERTIFIED®. The GREENGUARD INDOOR AIR QUALITY CERTIFIED® Mark is a registered certification mark used under license through the GREENGUARD Environmental Institute (GEI).
