Series G VIBRAting screening machines
Application: These screening machines can be used universally for test screening or to produce between 2 and 4 screen fractions. A good screening effect is achieved by the circular vibration in the vertical plane.
Design: These dustproof machines are made of standard or stainless steel and activated by one or two maintenance-free vibrating motors with adjustable out-of-balance force.
Outstanding advantages: The special vibrator design permits different vibration characteristics, e.g. for gentle screening, long residence times, high throughputs or difficult-to-screen products.
Models and accessories: Cleaning of the screen cloth can be assisted by a ball rapper for small mesh sizes. Stands are available.
Dewatering
Application: These machines are used to separate solids from liquids or to reduce adhesive water components.
Design:T hese open or closed machines made of stainless steel have slightly inclined screening areas for efficient liquid removal and are activated by two maintenance-free vibrating motors with adjustable out-of-balance force.
Models and accessories: These machines can be supplied with a variable vibrator angle and a screen inclination adjuster to enable their parameters to be adapted to the specific dewatering task. The available accessories include air nozzles to reduce residual moisture and spray nozzles for washing the product.

SRK vibrating screening machines
Application: These screening machines are used to remove oversize particles (spikes, husks or chains) from plastics granules.
Design: The two vibrating motors for these screening machines are mounted at a small slope angle and with a gentle screen slope. The angle of throw and the out-of-balance force of the vibrators are variable to allow optimum adaptation to the specific task.
Outstanding advantages: Screening takes place with very low vertical acceleration, ensuring that oversize particles contained in the product are conveyed flat across the screen without any risk of uprising. The design meets the most stringent requirements for cleaning and operating convenience.
Models and accessories: These machines can also be supplied with two screen decks for separating undersize material and dust.
Series VSK Screen coolers/dryers
Application: The development of vibrating fluid-bed apparatus integrating additional functions over and above the original thermal task was the outcome of calls for more compact machines suitable for use in confined conditions. Apart from the fluid-bed zone, these combined machines also feature a dewatering section and/or screening section.
Design: Before entering the screening section, the granular material is fluidised on a special distribution plate by a high-velocity air flow which intensively cools/dries and dedusts it. A continuously adjustable gate controls the bed thickness and the residence time. Oversize particles are separated in the following screening section, in the same way as in the SRK screening machines.
Outstanding advantages: A fine screen can be inserted between the distribution plate and the oversize screen to remove any fine grain fraction. Both the distribution plate and the screen insert can be removed and cleaned very easily.
Models and accessories: Models are available with up to 6 qm effective area for a maximum throughput of 4.000 kg/h. Our screen coolers/dryers are supplied complete with the necessary airhandling equipment, such as fans, heat exchangers, filters, separators and air locks.
Series VIBRAPID VIBRAting round screening machines
Application: This small-scale screening machine is suitable for both wet and dry screening. It is used in production processes whenever minor tailings and impurities have to be removed or test screening operations carried out.
Design:This machine is made of high-quality cast light alloy and activated by a maintenance-free vibrating motor with adjustable out-of-balance force.
Outstanding advantages:Lightweight and cost-efficient design.
Models and accessories:In addition to the standard model, this machine is also available as a closed unit as well as with various stands and accessories for liquid screening.
Series SLU and SLUG VIBRAting screening machines
Application: These screening machines are used for simple screening tasks with low quality requirements as well as for easy-to-screen products.
Design: These single-deck screening machines have an open design as standard and are activated by a maintenance-free vibrating motor with adjustable out-of-balance force.
Outstanding advantages: The simple and low-cost design of the machines.
Models and accessories: Closed machines and machines made of stainless steel can also be supplied in addition to the standard models.
