1.   用途：應用于塑膠產品、五金塑膠、皮帶扣膠面等拋光處理，低用工成本、提高產量、穩定品質有明顯的優點，特別適用于品種單一而量大的塑膠五金用戶和電鍍用戶。能提高電鍍成品率、質量和減少電鍍時間，減低電鍍成本消耗，是電鍍廠的好幫手，取代手工制作的理想設備。

2.   機器功能：左、右方向可自動擺動，并配套變速功能；前后方向自動來回移動，拋光輪能自動上下工作（另配有手動微調壓力功能）。依據拋光工件規格可自行定制研磨工件行程長度、左右擺動幅度、研磨所需要的壓力大小和自動研磨時間；針對產品不同的原材料，可手動調整研磨速度；在安全方面配套遇險自動停止運行功能，對生產過程中的人身安全提供了可靠保障。
