三、技術(shù)說明 Technical specifications
1、調(diào)質(zhì)清洗技術(shù) Tempering and cleaning technology
通過投加藥劑并輔以加熱、蒸洗、氣浮、超聲波、機械分散、減粘等調(diào)質(zhì)及清洗手段,調(diào)整固體粒子群的性狀和排列狀態(tài),使其中粘度大的吸附油解吸和破乳使之適合脫水。此技術(shù)為已獲國家發(fā)明。

2、分離技術(shù) Separation technology
利用高速臥式離心機產(chǎn)生的巨大離心力,在強大的離心力場的作用下,因為油和水的比重不同,比重較大的水將比重相對較小的吸附在泥沙表面上的油基團會置換出來,在經(jīng)過特殊結(jié)構(gòu)設計的臥式離心機,將置換出來的油隔離出來并自動收集外排。污水進入普通污水臥螺離心機將泥餅分離出來并外排,水進入水處理系統(tǒng)根據(jù)需要進行深度處理。

3、脫水裝置 Dehydration unit
含聚合物、硫化物成份的污泥分離而研究開發(fā)的新型高科技產(chǎn)品,是連續(xù)過濾及深度脫水的設備,它具有連續(xù)操作,生產(chǎn)能力大(一次干泥排放量可達4~5噸),操作維修方便、運行成本低等特點。新型過濾脫水技術(shù)是消化吸收技術(shù)上自主研發(fā)的新型固液分離設備。

4、藥劑技術(shù) Pharmaceutical technology
破乳混凝劑屬于無機高分子接枝共聚物,分子量較高,化學結(jié)構(gòu);在水中溶解后,能同時發(fā)揮粒子間吸附架橋與電中和作用,將廢水中乳化油、 膠體凝聚而分離沉淀;具有優(yōu)異的除油、脫色及COD的降低效果,一次性完成破乳同混凝過程。該產(chǎn)品操作簡單,無需重復酸堿調(diào)整,可直接處理,提升處理效能。無機固化絮沉劑集破膠、絮凝、沉淀、改善泥層的固化性與一體,保證水質(zhì)更清,保證泥餅的脫水效果。
Demulsifying coagulant belongs to inorganic polymer graft copolymer with high molecular weight and unique chemical structure.After being dissolved in water, it can play the role of adsorption bridge and electric neutralization between particles at the same time to condense emulsified oil and colloid in wastewater and separate precipitation.It has excellent effect of oil removal, decolorization and COD reduction, and can complete the process of demulsification and coagulation at one time.The product is simple to operate, no need to repeat acid-base adjustment, can be directly treated, improve the treatment efficiency.Inorganic solidification flocculating agent integrates breaking glue, flocculating, settling and improving the solidification of mud layer to ensure cleaner water quality and dehydration effect of mud cake.
