減壓閥是通過調節,將進口壓力減至某一需要的出口壓力,并依靠介質本身的能量,使出口壓力自動保持穩定的閥門。從流體力學的觀點看,減壓閥是一個局部阻力可以變化的節流元件,即通過改變節流面積,使流速及流體的動能改變,造成不同的壓力損失,從而達到減壓的目的。然后依靠控制與調節系統的調節,使閥后壓力的波動與彈簧力相平衡,使閥后壓力在一定的誤差范圍內保持恒定。
1)調壓范圍:它是指減壓閥輸出壓力P2的可調范圍,在此范圍內要求達到規定的精度。調壓范圍主要與調壓彈簧的剛度有關。
(2)壓力特性:它是指流量g為定值時,因輸入壓力波動而引起輸出壓力波動的特性。輸出壓力波動越小,減壓閥的特性越好。輸出壓力必須低于輸入壓力—定值才基本上不隨輸入壓力變化而變化。
(3)流量特性:它是指輸入壓力—定時,輸出壓力隨輸出流量g的變化而變化的持性。當流量g發生變化時,輸出壓力的變化越小越好。一般輸出壓力越低,它隨輸出流量的變化波動就越小。

普通溢流閥與比例溢流閥一樣,都有一個閥芯,閥芯的一端是液壓油產生的壓力,另一端是機械力。普通溢流閥通過調節彈簧力,來調整液壓壓力。而比例溢流閥是電磁鐵直接產生推力,作用在閥芯上,電磁鐵上的輸入電壓可以在0-24伏之間變化,產生的推力就隨之變化,從而得到連續變化的液壓壓力。
因為比例電磁鐵的推力不大,所以直動式比例溢流閥的流量很小,壓力70兆帕時,流量只有1升/分鐘左右。需要大流量比例閥的時候,要把這個比例閥做先導閥,下面還要配一個大通徑的溢流閥。
電磁溢流閥和比例溢流閥功能上區別不是太大,都是在系統壓力超過設定值時開啟卸壓、溢流;不同的是,比例溢流閥可以按比例調定溢流的流量,對系統的控制更加精密。普通的溢流閥就是開啟和關閉兩個位置,比例閥在開啟溢流時可以有多個位置。
rexroth比例插裝節流閥主要用于多泵并聯使用時安裝于水泵壓出口,起限制水泵工作流量,防止停泵回流作用。該閥采用導閥,主閥構造,結構緊湊,重量較輕。該閥安裝于水泵出口,在單泵啟動和非全數設計工作泵工作時,對工作泵起限制流量作用,使泵在較高效率狀態下工作;防止電動機在水泵低揚程、大流量、低效率時,發生過載現象;防止超額定電流燒電機現象的發生,同時起到一定的節能效果。
rexroth比例插裝節流閥和安全閥為一體,組成先導式壓力閥,該閥即是卸荷閥又是安全閥,有時又是溢流閥.卸荷時其控制油道貫穿各路換向閥,同前述卸荷油道.當各路換向閥處于中立位置時,卸荷閥的控制油道(見圖1b和圖2)貫穿各路換向閥并與油箱連通.卸荷時,大部分油液卸荷,通道短,壓力損失低.任一路閥換向工作,便切斷控制油道,油源來油就從換向閥進入執行元件工作,其工作壓力大小由導閥控制.此時系統壓力為導閥調整壓力.該種卸荷方式,即使換向閥路數增加,只是控制油道增加,卸荷壓力增加不大,始終保持較低卸荷壓力,此種卸荷方式多用于手動換向閥,卸荷可靠.
rexroth比例插裝節流閥與直接作用自力式控制閥類似,其設定信號由指揮器的設定彈簧設置。如果閥后壓力升高,表示膜頭l下面的壓力高于上面壓力,閥芯3上移,控制閥的流通面積減小,使閥后壓力下降。同時,作用在指揮器膜片4的壓力也升高,其作用-力大于由設定彈簧5提供的作用力,使指揮器組件6移動,擋板7。靠近噴嘴8,指揮器輸出壓力隨之減小,即在膜頭l上面壓力減小,使閥芯3上移,直到閥后壓力與設定彈簧的作用力平衡為止。針閥2用于調節放大系數,過濾器9用于過濾介質中的顆粒雜質,防止噴嘴被堵塞。另有一種采用重錘作為設定的自力式壓力控制閥。重錘經杠桿連接到閥桿。
